‘Para-Vak’ as the Fundamental Causal Stress for the Creation: Where ‘the Music Never Stopped’

“Once in a while you can get shown the light, in the strangest of places, if you look at it right.” – Robert Hunter

It is said that the exact position of the Original Cavity of the Spirit is in the centre of the brain behind at the spot between the eyes. Frequently known as the Gateway to the Heaven and Earth, Taoist masters like Lao Tzu urged practitioners to concentrate on the centre to realize the Oneness of all things. In this centre is a pearl of the size of a grain of rice, which is the centre between the heaven and earth in the human body (i.e. the microcosm); it is the cavity of prenatal vitality.

One who knows this cavity can prepare the elixir of immortality and hence it is said: ‘When One is attained, all problems are solved’. This is the great realization of the Brahman or the Tao or Nirvana.

Without proper usage of the given spiritual apparatus which is the transformation of the body and mind, there will no significant development on earth. Technology cannot make the world safer or better unless spiritual development takes place in tandem with it. Today, there’s lot of talk about use of technology for social causes (employment, education, healthcare) which is very encouraging, but, the real fundamental change needs to happen through sustained effort for a spiritual development. This we must understand, the sooner the better.

In Vedas, it is said that the Nada Brahman pervades all, it exceeds all by the measure of ‘ten fingers’. So, this is beyond computation. At least, at the present 3d level of space-time, it is impossible to even speculate about the creational matrix.

Prudence and Balance

‘Prudence: very useful for weakness because weakness needs prudence; strength does not need it’. (Divine Mother, Mirra Alfassa)

‘Equanimity: immutable peace and calm’. (Divine Mother, Mirra Alfassa)

“As long as our brain is a mystery, the universe- the reflection of the structure of the brain-will also be a mystery”.

– Santiago Ramon y Cajal (1852-1934)

Maitreyi said to sage Yajnavalkya ages ago in reply to his offer of a worldly boon- “What shall I do with that which does not confer on me the blessedness of immortality?”

Sruti says that the truth about Atman or Self cannot be known by sravana (Sense Evidence) and manana (Inference) only; we must go into niddhyasana (Meditation of Yoga) to have direct realization of Truth.

“There’s a band out on the highway
They’re high-stepping into town
It’s a rainbow full of sound
It’s fireworks, calliopes and clowns
Everybody’s dancing

Come on children, come on children
Come on clap your hands….

(The Music Never Stopped, Grateful Dead)

‘Tasmin Vijnate Sarvam Idam Vijnatam Bhavati’. (Mundaka Upanishad 1.3)

“The Devotee of the Lord Knows Everything Material and Spiritual in Relationship with the Lord”.

“Para-Sabda” as the Causal Stress is the root of everything in the creation. But even prior to this root there is this soil or matrix which in Indian terminology is known as ‘a-para-sabda’. This is beyond the stage when phenomenon start (noumenal), it is the stage of soundless-ness, the unmanifest Whole, the source and the reservoir from which all expressions, manifestations, experiences, the universes and the worlds.
